Gran Passione Passion (Greek πασχω[1] and late Latin (Christian theology) pati: "suffer") is a powerful feeling, a compelling desire for someone or something. Passion can range from eager interest in or admiration for an idea, proposal, or cause; to enthusiastic enjoyment of an interest or activity; to strong attraction, excitement, or emotion towards a person. Our "Gran Passione" wines are exactly this, the expression and devotion to our work that honors the tradition of our land; something to be passionate about. Discover more on www.granpassione.com

The must is left on the skins for about 12 hours at controlled temperature to give the wine its characteristic pale rosé colour. The wine is then stored at 1718°C in stainless steel tanks until bottling.
